Men have a tendency to want to have sex to relieve stress and also to show his love. That is one way that men show the woman he loves just how much he loves her. That is making love to her. If he is continuously deprived of sex, he may become depressed, so obviously the act of having sex can prevent him from becoming depressed. It also contributes to his physical well being with his prostrate.

Yes, we all know just how prostate cancer can affect a man's sexual life. In fact sex can be of benefit and prevent prostate cancer. With America's health seemingly declining on a day to day basis, it is good to know that a great natural thing such as sex can help prevent cancer. I think that is wonderful news! Ejaculation can reduce the risk of prostate cancer, according to many studies. Some of the studies showed that men who had more than one orgasm a week proved to have a third less chance of being diagnosed with prostate cancer verses those that had one orgasm per week. While engaged in sexual activity, your entire body becomes active, and you are actually exercising in the process.

While exercising is very good for your health and more importantly your heart, knowing that sex is a form of exercising is great news. You are using major muscles, such as your thighs and arms. Here is a statistic; as one researcher found, if you engage in sex three times a week for an entire year that is the same as six Mac trucks becoming maxed out. Not to mention, it helps with your breathing and can help reduce your chances of catching a cold. Because of sex, there is thirty percent higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A. This antibody actually boosts the immune system.

There are times that women will complain of a headache in efforts of getting out of having sex. In fact sex helps to alleviate pain because before an orgasm there are levels of oxytocin rising and this hormone releases endorphins. Endorphins release pains and tension. Not to mention while having sex also contributes to the production of estrogen and this can reduce the pain of a menstrual cycle.

Sex can also contribute to healthier skin because estrogen in women is released and that causes you to have shiny skin and hair. Relaxed sex can also help your chances of not getting certain rashes and it also produces sweat which can make your skin shiny and smooth.

As there are many ways that sex can keep you a healthier person inside and out, the main important thing is that it is share with someone that you are emotionally involved with. Someone that you have no love for can and will eventually make the beautiful act of making love seem like something that will psychologically and emotionally tear you apart. Sex is a beautiful thing to share between people who are in love. Knowing that in your soul and in your mind is the healthiest aspect of making love. Sex can cause depression as well as prevent it; it all depends on the emotional state you are in with the one you are having sex with. Ultimately, the act of love making, or sex, is a beautiful thing that is healthy for you from head to foot.
