"Burn more bodyfat in 10 days than you have in the past 10 months"....yeah right.  We have all ready things like that and laughed.  For those of us who have the fat to lose, we have probably tried everything out there to lose weight or get fit.  I know for me, it just seems so hard to stick to anything.

Then the day I feared came.  I turned 40 and my life changed.  The weight I kept saying I would take off someday, became harder to lose.  Then the health issues started affecting me.  The blood pressure went up, the headaches became more frequent, and don't even get me started on the indegestion.  People had told me that the older I got, the harder it would be to get into shape.  I didn't listen to them and now I wished I had. 

It seems it always takes something major in your life to get the things done you have been putting off for so long.  That was me with my weight.  I was now forced to lose the weight due to the medical issues.  I set out to find a way to do that without spending alot of money.  I had already spent enough on my previous attempts to get into shape.  I found a free e-course called “10 Pounds (Snap!) Like THAT!” by Jon Benson.  He said with this e-course, someone could "burn more bodyfat in 10 days than you have in the past 10 months".  I decided to go for it since it was free and it sounded interesting.  What could it hurt? 

I was really impressed by the information in this e-course.  I really made since to me and felt like something I could do.  For the first time in a very long time, I felt hope when it came to my weight.  I of course wanted more information and I got it.  It doesn't cost very much at all for an e-book that really gets down to the cause of some people getting to the point I was at.  Not only does this e-book help with the fitness but also with the nutrition aspect of getting fit.  So many times, people make the mistake of concentrating on one or the other, but both are very important when trying to get back into shape and improve your health.

Another very important part of getting into shape is your mental attitude.  This e-book also deals with that.  For me, my attitude is a big part of my past failure rate and my present success rate.  I recommend this e-course and e-bbok to anyone who has tried and failed so many times that they have lost count.  I also recommend it for those who just really need to get back into shape and who feel that 40 is where life ends.  I am here to tell you that 40 doesn't have to be downhill.  Wine improves with age, and so can you.
